@Cornelia Schenk. What a shame you write here! I sat at the entrance of the terrace with my family, where the instructions for wearing a face mask are clearly recognizable. The operator kindly drew your friend's / husband's attention to this, as he was almost sitting at the table, despite the warning "Please wait here, we will show you your table", that mouth protection is mandatory. Your friend / husband made the operator into a pig that he was "unable to read the laws, since Monday there is no longer a requirement to wear a mask, bad landlord, he does not know the law!". The landlord has only tried to explain to you that maybe you are mistaken that this lifting is for Austria, only 1 kilometer away. After insulting you again, the operator then sent you to the devil. Right, I can only praise that. They had neither mouth protection with them, nor the will or the desire to come as a customer in the ice cream parlor, it seemed to me that they just wanted to provoke. I probably wouldn't have had the nerve like the landlord. Your malicious review should not be here. Small restaurants like this ice cream parlor are struggling to survive, they don't need lies and conspiracy theorists. They simply adhere to the regulations to avoid fines. Be ashamed of Ms. Schenk !!! You and your insolent friend / husband !!! In addition, I and my family ate delicious ice cream here and were very well received. It was nice with you. According to paragraph 187 of the Criminal Code, you are committing the following act: Anyone who, contrary to better knowledge (and they know what I am writing about here, because I was there live in the front row !!!) claims or spreads an untrue fact (also applies to the Internet !!) in relation to another who despises the same to make or to belittle in public opinion or to jeopardize its credit is punishable by imprisonment for up to two years or a fine and, if the deed is public (ice cream parlor !!), in a meeting or by distributing writings (recession at Google ) - Paragraph 11, para. 3- is committed, imprisoned for up to five years or fined. My recommendation, which is benevolent in spite of her behavior - immediately remove her recession or at least present the fact correctly. Her story is a lie and does not correspond in any way to the actual events. Both of them sat down at an already reserved table (!) Without a mouth guard and without waiting for the table to be assigned, and insulted the owner for no reason. You can be thankful that you have not been banned - or should I have missed this, unfortunately? In any case, the landlord would have had the right and, in my opinion, due to the current crisis situation regarding COVID 19, even had the duty to ban the house! And even if the obligation to wear a mask were lifted (which it is not), as the operator of the ice cream parlor, he would have the right to request it (house right). Long story short: The world's best ice cream with the most individual and best service is available in the ice cream shop Bolina in Pfronten and I drive over 300 km several times a year to enjoy it and I would be very, very grateful to you and your companion if I did this on my next visit could do without her pinching. Typical ital.Eisdiele with a beautiful view. The ice cream tastes good. Just a pity, that in a fruit ice cream cup and canned food were used. It does not have to be this summer.
